Course Overview
This course is designed in two parts:
- Part 1: Self-paced learning path (asynchronous)
- Part 2: Live session (synchronous)
In the live session, we build upon the framework gained from the self-paced learning path to teach you how to import and export different types of data as well as dive deeper into the QC process surrounding productions. You will join a cohort of other learners and a trainer to complete exercises that complement what you practiced in Part one. It is strongly recommended you complete the Data Loading and Productions learning path prior to attending this live session.
Course Objectives
By the end of this course, through a combination of lectures, explorations, demos, and exercises, you will be able to successfully use Import/Export to import structured data into RelativityOne, prepare and run a production, and use Import/Export to export data out of RelativityOne.
In this live session, you will specifically learn how to do the following:
- Import a received production for review
- Import a CSV list of custodians to the Entity object
- QC production searches
- Finalize production documents, including imaging and applying redactions
- Export a saved search for further investigation
Audience: Paralegals, litigation support professionals, and project management staff
Prerequisites: Data Loading and Productions learning path (self-paced)
Duration: Approximately 4 hours (1 hour - self-paced, 3 hours-live)
How to Attend a Training
Attendance in this training is offered via our online training platform. Attendees will be able to log in and interact with instructors from their workstation anywhere across the globe.
Open Enrollment
Who: The first 12 people to reserve a spot. Please note that classes are limited to two attendees per organization.
Where: Virtual
When: Currently scheduled trainings can be found in Relativity Learning. Relativity will add any newly scheduled sessions at the end of every quarter (March, June, September, December).
Cost: $350 per attendee
Policies: By registering and making payment for the training, you confirm your acceptance of and agreement to comply with the Terms and Conditions established for the training program.
Closed Enrollment
Who: Your team, with up to 12 attendees
Where: Closed enrollment trainings can be held either entirely virtually or entirely on-site.
Note: A training agreement is required before training dates can be held.
When:
- A day agreed upon by Relativity and your team
- Can be scheduled Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday
- Six to eight weeks' notice is requested
- All dates may not be available
- Sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis
